IIP Cancellation Policy

In-person events and webinars

Should you be unable to attend an event, a substitute attendees are always welcome. A full refund will be made for cancellations made in writing (letter, fax, email) more than 10 business days prior to the event. Regrettably, no refunds can be made after that time. In the case IIP cancels or postpones an event, a full refund or transfer will be offered. If an event is offered on different dates, you can request to transfer to a different event date in writing more than 10 business days prior to the original event. A request made more than 10 business days prior to the eventis only permitted once andis subject to availability. However, any difference in the event fee will be payable by you or refunded by us, as applicable. On-demandevents For on-demand events, as access to the recording is provided on payment of your event, regrettably, no refunds will be made.
